ARE YOU OK!

Today's big problem for all the students is DEPRESSION. Everyone feels down at time. The breakup of a relationship or a bad grade can lead to low mood. And in some cases, depression can be life threatening with suicide as a possible outcome.In the world, suicide is the first leading cause of death among people between ages 15-30.
Depression is a common now a days, this problem is serious mental illness typically marked by sad or anxious feelings and manifests itself in the reduced efficiency.

CAUSES 

A lack of sleep, poor eating habits, and no exercise are a recipe for depression among students. Students face challenges, pressure and anxieties that can cause them to feel overwhelmed.

FACTORS AFFECTING THE PRESENCE OF DEPRESSION

  • Don't see the others  achievements, believe in yourself and try different things as you can.
  • Suicidal idea is associated with current depression, antidepressant use and excessive alcohol consumption.
OVERCOMING DEPRESSION 
  • Eat well and avoid unhealthy habits.
  • Get a good night sleep.
  • Avoid making big decisions until, you are feeling better.
  • Help others and do volunteer work.
  • Do what you can, when you can, but don't harm yourself up if you fail.
